Application of lasers can range from a simple application such as etching on wood or metal, marking, metal cutting, medical to aeronautic applications. The laser head during operation generates a substantial amount of heat which left unregulated can impact the quality of production and the life of the laser head. Apart from the laser head there are various other electrical systems for example the generator which generates a substantial amount of heat. This heat from the laser head and from the electrical systems of the laser machine has to be removed on a continuous basis using an efficient recirculating type, refrigerated chiller. The chiller for the laser machine has to be able to perform continuously 24/ 7 , 365 duty without any breakdown as it has direct impact on productivity and therefore profits. The specifications and the quality of the components used to design and build the laser chiller has to be chosen carefully to match the specification and quality of the laser machine. Generally used chiller capacities for the various applications start from as low as 1KW and can be upto 100KW. The chillers are mostly kept indoor close to the laser machine or in some cases outdoor due to space constraints.
Laser chillers are main sub systems to ensure the quality and reliability of the various types of lasers like - medical lasers, metal working lasers and others
HOW INDUSTRIAL LASER CHILLER WORKS:
These specialized laser water chillers perform water circulation cooling the machine's laser generator and regulate its temperature to prolong its life. Recirculating chillers utilize active refrigeration for applications that require precise temperature control or below ambient temperatures.

A bottling plant is a specialized facility that is fitted with bottling machinery that provides the service of filling empty containers with the desired product and performing other needed services to prepare that product to be shipped to customers.
Bottling Process: For beverages, liquid food products, or personal care products sold in pouches, the bottling process is carried out by FFS machines (Form fill sealing machines). The film is removed, the liquid product is poured in, and the pouch is sealed using a single machine. This dynamic process requires reliable, controlled, coordinated drives.
How does the chiller work in the bottling process?
In most process cooling applications, a pumping system circulates cool water or a water/glycol solution from the chiller to the process. This cool fluid removes heat from the process and the warm fluid returns to the chiller. The process water is the means by which heat transfers from the process to the chiller.
